Hi, I am Jasmin Gonzalez the office biller! I've contributed 16 years to the dental Industry from receptionist to practice manager, and everything in-between. I was a liaison between Doctor and patient. Educating patients on how dental insurance benefits related to their personalized treatment plan and out of pocket cost.
I realized early on in my career the importance of patient retention and the role proper dental claims management played in the health of the office billing department. I learned how practice management set-up, insurance breakdowns and obtaining correct fee schedules all ties in together in the life cycle of the patient.
Account receivables clean-up is my niche. I genuinely find it absolutely satisfying and rewarding. I love empowering front office professionals through constructive coaching.
I serve my clients by relieving the demanding pressures claims management and account receivable bring to their practice. This allows my clients to dedicate more time to their patients leading to increased case acceptance, patient retention and a positive office culture.
